Larry Stuart is a Hospitality Professional who has dedicated his career to service. He is a true “Servant Leader” who has built Enthusiasm, Excellence, and Greater Purpose into the teams he has been honored to serve.

Larry is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration, an Adjunct Professor, Author, Speaker and Emeritus President of the Cornell Hotel Society, FL. He currently owns and operates a 24 year-old business in Walt Disney World. He has started up, opened or operated over 50 restaurants, 7 major hotels, and 1 airline.

Larry is also a newly minted Forbes contributor. He’ll be speaking on the subject he is most passionate about, the “Guest Service Experience” that defines success across all industries!

Larry has partnered with, among others, entities such as Hilton Worldwide, Southwest Airlines, Embassy Orlando, Peabody Hotels, The Walt Disney World Dolphin, NASCAR Café, Loews Hotels at Universal Studios Florida, Hard Rock Resorts, and many other first-class brands to build world-class guest service into their DNA.

Dan Altschuler Malek 


Dan Altschuler Malek is a Managing Partner at Unovis Partners, a global investment firm that provides early-stage funding to entrepreneurs developing plant-based and cultured meat alternatives to foods derived from conventional animal agriculture including beef, chicken, pork, dairy, egg, fish and shellfish products. Through its initial fund,  New Crop Capital, the team has invested in more than 35 companies including Memphis Meats, Beyond Meats, Good Catch, Ocean Hugger Foods, Alpha Foods, Zero Egg, NUMU Vegan, and Miyoko’s. As Managing Partner, Dan explores deal flow, pursues strategic opportunities across North America and Israel, and works with founders to solve daily challenges and evaluate strategic decisions.

Dan is passionate about food, startups, and sustainability and prior to joining New Crop his endeavors included launching a snack company, heading a logistics firm, opening a restaurant and managing a creative agency. He received his BA from Mexico’s Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from Babson College. In addition to his other work, Dan serves as a mentor at Food-X, WeWork Food Labs and Startup Bootcamp.
